Create a Mailbox

You can create email accounts at any time in the Hosting Control Panel. You can also reset the password here at any time.

New Mailbox Details

If you have asked us to create an account for you then we will send your new password separately to any other details for security. This could be via SMS or via a specialist service – BitWarden Send or NoteShred – which provide a secure temporary link where you can view the password just once. Once you view the password, the secure link you were sent will no longer work, so make a note of the password and keep it somewhere safe!

You (or we) can change/reset the password in the Hosting Control Panel, but the existing password cannot be viewed at all.

Email Server Settings

Most email applications will automatically detect the server settings once you enter the username (email address) and password.  You should select IMAP account or ‘other’ depending on the application used.

If settings are not automatically applied, you can use the following server settings:

• Incoming Mailserver
  imap.cloudhost.one on port 993 with SSL (143 without)
• Outgoing Mailserver
  smtp.cloudhost.one on port 465 with SSL (25 without)

Authentication is required for both, and you may need to re-enter your email address (username) and password to complete the server setup. If your settings are autodetected, you may see the server names showing stackmail.com or your own domain instead of cloudhost.one – that’s ok.

Webmail Access

You can also access your email at any time via our webmail service in your browser at https://webmail.cloudhost.one using your email and password. You should also be able to access webmail using webmail.(yourdomain.com).
Within the Webmail interface you can also set out-of-office auto responses or change password, which may be easier than using the Hosting Control Panel.
