The ethos of ‘keeping IT simple‘ extends to our support channels as well as our services.

We strive to strike the right balance between efficient and personal, so you may sometimes get automated messages from us when something occurs, but we will at least tell you it’s automated and won’t use a no-reply address, so you can just hit reply or call us if there’s a problem.

We prefer it if questions come via email, as it’s easier for us to track things that way, but we don’t insist on using a ticketing system and jumping through hoops when you need to get help.

We need to eat and sleep just like you do, but you can expect a prompt response between 8am and 8pm, and urgent calls can route to mobile out of hours, but please don’t abuse it.Ā 

Schedule a Meeting
If you want to meet with us, you can schedule a meeting with one of team on our scheduling page. Most online meetings will be via Zoom or Sessions, but we also use Splashtop SOS when remote support access is needed.Ā 
Video Calls

Details will be confirmed with you, but most video calls take place at https://meet.cloudhost.one/room/steve/managedsupport or on Zoom ID 33 3340 3380 – this may look familiar as it’s just a 0 short of our phone number… well, we do believe in keeping IT simple!

If you need help troubleshooting issues on your device, we can connect remotely and help.

If you have ourĀ managedSupport ApplicationĀ you will see a link forĀ Remote SupportĀ in the navigation bar.

Otherwise,Ā download and run the application here.

If anyĀ security promptsĀ appear, you shouldĀ allow access. These prompts may refer to eitherĀ S6 Connect, managedSupportĀ orĀ Splashtop.

Once running you will see aĀ unique 9-digit access codeĀ in the app panel, (shown as 123 456 789 in the screenshot below):

We’ll need that code in order to securely access your computer.Ā You will be able to see everything that we doĀ and can ask any questions.

To end the remote connection simply close the app panel – we will not be able to reconnect to your device unless you re-run the app and provide us with another access code.
