Instagram feed on WordPress

If you have a CloudHost Connect subscription we can provide you with a premium plugin to display an Instagram feed on your website at a discounted rate. Whilst we can set this up to display on your site, we need you to authorise the Plugin to have access to your Instagram feed first.

You can do this from the WordPress Dashboard. If you can’t find your login details for this, let us know.

Once it is installed you will see a menu item on the left for Instagram Feed. Expand the menu and click on Settings.

You may initially see a welcome screen with some step-by-step instructions. You can follow this or close it (clicking the cross in the top right). You can also access the Config settings directly at

<your domain>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sb-instagram-feed&tab=configure

Click on the large blue button to connect your Instagram account. You’ll be asked to login to Instagram or, if it is a business account, to login to Facebook to grant background access to your feed.

Once that is done your Instagram feed can be added to any page on your site with the following shortcode:

[instagram-feed]

There are lots of other options available but in most cases the default options will be fine, and we can help with tweaks once you have connected your account. If you want to modify the settings yourself you are welcome to do so, and all the options have explanations as well as links through to further documentation.
